Hg Consult Hires Kyle Kroner, CEP as Planning and Environmental Department Manager

Hg Consult is pleased to announce the addition of Kyle Kroner as Hg’s Planning and Environmental Department Manager.  In his 23+ years of experience he has managed over $1 billion of FHWA-participating projects through the NEPA decision-making and associated project development processes. Kyle understands and has practical experience with FHWA, FTA, USCG and USACE NEPA policies, procedures, and preferences and works directly with state and federal NEPA and transportation planning and engineering staff.

He specializes in delivering transportation projects that require navigating complex stakeholder issues. Kyle recognizes where opportunities may arise in the project development process to streamline and accelerate schedules, reduce project costs, and to balance stakeholder and public input with transportation engineering solutions that serve both the traveling public and the broader community.  His recent project experience includes delivering the South Lawrence Trafficway Supplement EIS for KDOT, and the Council Bluffs Interstate System (CBIS) Segment 4 Environmental Assessment (EA) for Iowa DOT.
