To address flooding challenges, the City of Shawnee embarked on this project to replace the stormwater drainage system under Gleason Road. The replacement involved installing a two-foot by ten-foot by six-foot reinforced concrete box culvert to accommodate a two-lane crossing. The project also included channel modifications to improve hydraulic performance and mitigate flooding risks. Hg Consults services included a hydraulic analyses, design recommendations, and construction specifications.
