TxDOT’s Alternative Delivery Program oversees projects delivered using design-build (DB) contracts and comprehensive development agreements (CDAs). Hg Consult assists TxDOT in maintaining statewide design build document templates which are used for all TxDOT alternative delivery projects in Texas, including RFQ, RFP, Technical Provision/Specifications and contract terms. As part of our contract, we are responsible for incorporating lessons learned; developing procedures, guidelines, and training for the alternative delivery program; and managing updated design criteria.
