Hg Consult Grows Transportation Expertise And Expands Practice To Colorado

HG Consult is pleased to announce that Jerry A. Mugg, PE has joined the firm as Senior Project Manager and Vice President. Jerry is based in Denver, Colorado.

Jerry brings to the firm a long and successful history in serving transportation clients throughout the Midwest and in Colorado. As a respected transportation infrastructure leader, over his 30-year career, Jerry has successfully overseen planning, design and construction services for highway, bridge, tollroad, railway and transit projects. Throughout his career Jerry has led multidisciplinary teams in successfully delivering numerous multimodal corridor planning studies, toll feasibility studies and program management assignments. Most recently, he provided advisory services to CDOT for the High-Performance Transportation Enterprise – CDOT’s office for financing and delivering major P3 and design-build projects.

Prior to joining HG Consult, Jerry led and oversaw multi-state consultant service practices for two industry-leading firms, including Colorado and the central Midwest.

Jerry is a registered professional engineer in Colorado and Kansas, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
