In partnership with Wyandotte leaders, the Hg Consult team successfully completed several key tasks, including developing a countywide policy for the program and related public education materials, as well as design services for pilot projects within the program. Other services included a desktop analysis and field verification to inventory ditching and driveway culvert assets under county jurisdiction, a ditching dashboard, and cost data reports to support future construction efforts.
